Every Sunday | 5pm | 9 Westminster Ave. (Covenant Church)

We gather weekly to sing, pray and hear a sermon from God's Word. After the service refreshments are provided for a time of fellowship. We are in the gathering phase of our church plant. Our weekly gatherings are an important part of building our core group as we plant Redeeming Grace Church. We hope to see you soon

Parking is available on Westminster or Lowell. There are also some spots on Park Ave. Ext. between Mass. Avenue and Lowell St.

#62, #77, and #79 Bus Routes all stop at the intersection of Massachusetts Ave. and Park Avenue. #1 Lexpress Bus- East Lexington stops directly in front of Covenant Church.

How should I dress?

We welcome you to dress comfortably and be yourself. Most people dress somewhat casually while others do dress up. Jeans are certainly fine as well as shorts during warmer weather.

What do I do when I get there?

When you walk in the front doors a friendly person will greet you, give you a program (what we call a Worship Guide) and answer any questions that you might have. You can walk up the stairs to the sanctuary where we hold our worship service. We currently provide childcare for ages 1-5. If you would like to place your children in childcare, someone will point you to the childcare area.

What happens during the gathering?

The Worship Guide you receive will give you an idea of what to expect during our time together. Please take a moment to complete the Connection Card that you will find in your guide and place it in a basket near the door as you leave the service. The card is a way for us to learn a little bit about you.

During our time together we will sing, pray, read Scripture, and hear a sermon. The focal point of our gathering is the Word of God. Because God's Word reveals our sin, converts, builds up the church, and makes us holy, our sermons are centered on the Bible. We call this expositional preaching. This kind of preaching takes the main point of a passage of scripture, makes it the main point of the sermon, and applies it to every day life.

The service usually lasts about one hour. After each service we have a time of conversation and refreshments downstairs.
